RTCS was founded in 2019 as a cybersecurity firm. We have responded to more than 500 cyberattacks and ransomware incidents, and we know what makes IT environments fail and why.

Each incident response engagement we completed revealed the same pattern: the environments that got attacked had gaps that could have been found and fixed beforehand. Unmonitored endpoints. Outdated credentials. Backup and recovery processes that had never actually been tested. Those lessons are built into how RTCS manages IT for clients.
